Rob Robinson, General Manager
With a background as a U.S. Marine Infantry Rifleman and a degree in computer science, Rob brings a ‘can do’ attitude to work. Rob has a great understanding that technology is a tool that has to be used properly and accordingly with business objectives. He has extensive knowledge in administration of server, network and firewall systems. Rob has over 7 years in the industry.

Andrew Dalke, IT/Hardware Specialist
With Andrew’s knowledge of computer hardware, he can build desktop, laptop and server computers efficiently at the high standards our clients expect. With over 22 years in the computer industry and being the founder of DCS, Andrew has a strong background in computer hardware. He is also responsible for purchasing the various components and software to accomplish the job.

Martel Rotschy, IT Specialist
Martel has over 5 years in the industry. Martel has the eagerness to learn and maintain knowledge of new technologies. His problem solving abilities give him the edge needed to run help desk calls. Martel also successfully maintains our web and email servers.

Robert Peltomaa, IT Specialist
Robert has over 3 years in the industry and has a degree in computer science. Robert found himself working on computers at any job he’s had, which naturally lead him to a career with DCS. Robert does well explaining technology in a simplistic way customers can understand.

Heidi Cobbs, Repair Technician
Heidi joined our team recently to strengthen our repair services in our retail store. Heidi has over 15 years experience in troubleshooting and repairing computers. Heidi brings customer service to a whole new level.

Dependable Computer Solutions (DCS) History

DCS started out in 1999 as a sole proprietorship of Andrew Dalke, who is still involved today. Many small businesses queried Tapani Underground’s (TU) management about who they used for their computer needs. TU maintained one full time and one part time IT staff to handle day to day IT operations. The expertise of this IT staff was offered to help these businesses. This grew into a side business which mainly took care of software and systems administration, while maintaining a professional relationship with DCS as the main hardware provider. As business grew there was a need to expand which resulted in TU purchasing DCS to expand the IT business to include custom built hardware.

Today we have become a full service provider with a friendly professional staff. We are confident you will enjoy your experience with us.
